We have a comprehensive stock of escalator handrail, spare parts and other specialist components. This investment in stock has further improved the flexibility and timeliness of our response to your needs and the needs of your customers.

In the event that your escalator needs replacement parts from our stock, they will be dispatched to site anywhere within the UK & Ireland before 9am the next day.

We know from experience that some parts are no longer commercially available. We specialise in finding and reconditioning obsolete parts for re-use. We hold a significant stock of reconditioned parts that are otherwise difficult to source. If a part cannot be sourced, SDV can arrange for certain parts to be custom engineered.

We also refurbish redundant escalator units in-house. A reconditioned unit offers the opportunity to acquire a unit at less cost with a shorter lead-time than brand new equipment.
